Who may use Kigomo
Kigomo is intended for adults coordinating family activities and care. It is not directed to children. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding what is appropriate to share.
Planning information, not professional advice
Kigomo provides general planning ideas. It does not provide medical, legal, emergency, nutritional, or diagnostic advice. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
AI drafts and photos
AI Chat, link import, and making a card from a photo all produce a draft for you to read. Nothing becomes a card until you confirm it, and a draft can be wrong or incomplete, so check it before you save.
You decide what to photograph and what to keep. Photograph only what you are comfortable sending, and do not use these features on other people’s photos or private material without their agreement.
A photo you make a card from leaves your phone. Kigomo shrinks and re-encodes it on the device, which removes the camera details and any GPS coordinates, then sends it to OpenAI, our AI provider, so it can write the card. Kigomo’s own servers do not keep that photo, and OpenAI may hold a copy for up to 30 days for safety checks. We ask the model to write about the object rather than about any people in the photo; that is our best effort, not a guarantee. Nothing reaches your family until you save the draft. A photo you save is kept on that phone as the card’s picture and, in a cloud-enabled family planner, in your family’s private storage where the rest of your family can see it. Removing the photo, or deleting the card, removes it from your family’s planner. Privacy describes all of this in full, including how the stored copy is deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private services, or use public materials in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features described as prototypes or planned work are not guaranteed production services. We may update these terms and will post the updated date here.
Apple terms
Downloads through Apple’s App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and standard end-user license agreement unless a different agreement is presented in App Store Connect.
