Contact support

Email team@kigomo.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Kigomo version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send child profiles, care notes, emergency information, or private family photos.

Where is my information?

Both caregivers must sign in and join the same family through the invitation link. Reopen the app with an internet connection if a recent change is missing. Read the Privacy Policy and Data choices for details.

Photos are not appearing

Try selecting the photo again through the system picker and confirm the device has enough available storage. Profile photos stay on the device where they were selected. For a cloud-enabled family-card image, also confirm you are signed in, connected, and still a member of the same family.

Apple Calendar is not updating

In Family, turn Sync to Apple Calendar off and on again, then confirm Kigomo has full Calendar access in iPhone Settings. Each caregiver enables the dedicated Kigomo calendar separately on their own device.

AI or link import is unavailable

Confirm you are signed in, connected to your family, and connected to the internet. These features require Kigomo’s authenticated service; the local cache remains available during an outage.

Urgent situations

Kigomo is a planning tool, not an emergency, medical, or diagnostic service. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional when immediate help is needed.

Kigomo

Warm, card-based planning for parents and caregivers. Public card and deck pages are safe previews; private family work stays in authenticated workspaces.

Kigomo's parent company is Inang.com, an NYC company that develops innovative AI apps.
