How to try it
Pour the pet's measured food into a small tub within reach. Hand your toddler a scoop, show them how to fill it and tip it into the pet's bowl, and say what the pet will do next. Wipe up any stray bits together.

Safety note
Dry pet food is a choking risk, so stay right beside your toddler and pick up any dropped pieces. Keep the pet's food out of your toddler's mouth, never leave a child alone near the pet's water bowl, and wash hands afterward. Fill the bowl before the pet comes over, keep the pet out of the room while you scoop, and keep your toddler away while the pet eats.
